Smart people are their greatest assets Go get it done attitude with very strong and experienced management team Took advantage of downturn in Financial Market to streamline operations, strengthen management and enhance products

Cons

As other people have mentioned, company and client expectations are very high so average employees don't survive which sometimes causes turnover. This negative perception actually improves the performance of the company.
