OSI has some of the best infrastructure for a sales professional including a very powerful CRM deployment, internal knowledge bases, competative analytics, strong marketing tools and staff and a strong focus on customer satisifaction by the executive team. If you want to be a sales person you can't ask for a better environment.

Open Solutions has built a solid foundation and is getting better and better every day. The company has gone through a number of changes over the past few years to position the company for growth and prosperity. While it is recognized these changes created challenges and have been at times painful for employees and clients I believe it is and was the right thing to do for the long-term benefit of the clients and employees. Today Open Solutions as completed the tough and challenging changes and is better positioned than ever to help the clients and create a great place to work for employees. While there have been challenging times I'm proud to be part of Open Solutions. This company understands its weaknesses and has been working hard to improve. This is happening while other companies are sitting still and hoping things work themselves out. Have other companies been investing in product and infrasture during the economic downturn? I would say "NO." Most other companies are sitting still trying to protect profits. This makes working for Open Solutions exciting.
