      Lack of leadership, processes, procedures, and competence from mid-senior management!

      Pros

      Seems to be well connected with major clients throughout the USA from a hiring manager perspective. Starting salary and commissions were above industry norm, by 10%.

      Cons

      Where to begin, lack of training, not about the how, but to the how OST expects one to perform tasks their way. No procedures, policies, or processes, (either informal or formal). Basically they assume that one will just pick up the “how we do it” by osmosis? The worst part of OST is their mid-mgt selection(s), mainly over the FL region.

      A decent flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Greedy, chaotic ownership leads to drastic, significant policy changes at random which rarely take the employees into account. In a world where the employee's worth is more valued, ownership is still stuck in the 90's, treating employees poorly while they are there, and even worse on their way out the door.
