      I would not recommend working for this company

      Pros

      If you want to be lazy, this is the company for you.

      Cons

      All VMS accounts that are not even getting renewed right now.. No manger influence. No real head hunting. Using all off shore recruiters. No new small to medium retail marketing being done. The branch manager of the Dallas office does not lead by example. No proactive marketing at all. Lazy really.

      Tons of changes - some good, some bad

      Pros

      There are some changes that have happened that are pro's - a new office, more free food.

      Cons

      They have hired a bunch of new people and most do not seem to be up to the task that they were hired for. There are a lot of mistakes and yet, no one seems to be punished for them Management is never around and when they are - they barely talk to anyone except to yell the OST of old made it fun to come to work everyday, the new one makes me dread coming in every morning They treat other locations differently than nyc

      Best Place to Make Money

      Pros

      Great Clients that come from all different industries (Hedge Funds, Start-ups, Fintechs, Banks, etc.) Seemingly unlimited open real jobs to work on. Much Better Commission structure than other recruiting Firms. Individual control on what jobs/skillsets to work on. Ability to run your desk as you see fit, Ability to operate as a True Full-Desk recruiter. No Micro-Management or silly Metrics like other firms have. Real Freedom. New Office which is stocked with Snacks, Fruit, Drinks, etc. Convenient location to get to. Co-Workers like to get together after work. If you’re good at what you do and are hardworking this is the place you want to be.

      Cons

      Definitely not for everyone. Need to be Self Motivated to do well here. Sometimes the Freedom to work on whatever jobs can leave people lost, Some VMO driven accounts:
