Pros

Really enjoy working here and love the culture. We are a tight knit group and a growing division where everyone has the ability to work their own style while still being held accountable. The management team is also great to work with and has an open door policy. You can just feel that they are here to help us grow. I'm looking forward to what this year will bring!

Cons

Only thing I can think of right now is that as we are in transition at the moment, we will need more contract job orders to work in the coming months.

Sales environment - not much in terms of training. People are very defensive over "their" candidates. Not a team atmosphere

Fun, Supportive Environment to Learn and Grow

Pros

I've been working for OST for over a year now. The office culture is fun and I'm happy to say there are even members of my team that I now count among my friends. I have seen success as well as more than one plateau but the team and management here have been very supportive throughout my ongoing growth.

Cons

The sales and recruiting gig can be tough and stressful at times so it may not be for everyone but as long as you can stick it out and learn from your mistakes there is plenty of room for success.
