      - Is a vendor for a lot of known companies in the industry that they primarily serve - Technology recruitment is in demand so it is what fuels the company's bottom line

      Cons

      - Lack of communication leads to verbal disputes from management that can lead to embarrassing public scolding of recruiters in front of office staff - Major Disorganization - child like temper tantrums from owner gets in the way of daily flow of work - Took position after being let go due to the recession, A good place to just pass time but would not recommend staying for a long time. - Hostile and erratic work environment - Has discriminated in the past

      As a great recruiter you can make a fair amount of money.

      Cons

      The management at best is confusing and at worst a nightmare. They rip you down and never bring you back up. Make you feel like you should have control over every consultant, but we all know that is not possible. They make you work on jobs with low spreads, and then berate you for filling such a low spread. The recruiters are always to blame for everything all the time. If you ever do something good, it's never good enough and praised in a back handed compliment if at all. Management is never clear with direction and it is typical to feel like you have 5 different bosses. The account managers are sloppy.

      Pros

      Open Systems Technologies makes recruiting fun and challenging, because they give you a large list of jobs to fill. They also give you easy access to pre-screened candidates and job boards. Then it's up to you to figure out how to find the best people for all the available jobs. They're really open to creativity. And the relationships you form last a lifetime -- both professionally and personally!

      You have to be self-motivated and persistent to be successful here.
