Pros

Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with Leaders in the professional-grade security systems Very stable Great benefits Great pay

Cons

It's a bit packed right now. The company is in the process of building a new office but in the mean time, it's growing too fast for it's current office. This fall, we should be able to move into the new building.

Pros

OpenEye has everything I was looking for in an employer - a fun, collaborative, supportive work atmosphere, management who is involved at every level and cares about your growth and well-being, and the work itself is challenging and varying enough to keep you learning something new every day and not get tired out of the same old thing. The entire company has handled the stay-at-home order for the past few months amazingly - checking up on employees, making sure everyone is taking care of, and getting us what we need to get the job done. I recommend OpenEye to all of my friends and anyone else who is looking for a long-term career in a fantastic workplace.

Cons

I have talked to management about any cons that have come up (needing more explanation or guidance, things like that) and they have stepped up and taken care of them right away.

Pros

+small office perks like lunch nachos or bagels/doughnuts +relatively relaxed +allowed pacing +pay increase is... possible

Cons

-team leads aren't interested in team building, just maintaining tickets -will bog you down in exacting ways of filling out tickets -no real room for upward mobility -no bonuses, relatively low pay for the level of support -lots of weekend work, worked weekends for them for years. you'll likely lose every other weekend to this (at least one day, saturday) -you get paid LESS for working weekends, no incentive to do so
