      Pros

      Have you ever worked for a company that is really responsive to it's customers and employees, if not OpenEye is that. When had cancer and was going through chemo they were constantly asking what they could do to help, and were very flexible with my schedule. I love my job, the people that I work with, and the relaxed atmosphere that we all enjoy.

      Cons

      I wish more companies would follow the HEROIC example

      Pros

      I have worked for OpenEye for 5+ years. I am a senior software engineer with OpenEye and I enjoy working here. I appreciate the clear direction given to the software team. I know what I am supposed to work and and why. I am given reasonable time to complete tasks. OpenEye also has a great QA department and I have a good working relationship with them. There is great camradarie amoung the software teams. OpenEye provides opportunities for us to give back to the community with annual bike builds and student mentoring. In the summer we have regular company barbecues and we often celebrate our software releases with a party.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits could be improved.
