Pros

- Good for people who don't have any personal life. - Stay in the office till 10pm and get praised by leadership.

Cons

Toxic work culture with zero respect for work-life balance - Extended working hours are expected daily; this is the norm, not an exception. - Weekend work is effectively mandatory; not participating is noticed and is held against employees - Extremely aggressive and unrealistic timelines for building a full ERP system, leading to sustained burnout and bugs - Management pushed employees beyond reasonable limits with promises of strong appraisals and bonuses. After successful delivery cited “budget constraints” - Clear disconnect between leadership commitments and actual outcomes Pune Office Specific Issues: - Extremely weak local leadership with no decision-making authority - Employee concerns around commute, traffic, and parking are well known but consistently ignored - Strong pressure to return to office regardless of practical challenges - Local leadership is always focused on pleasing overseas leadership to keep their jobs safe, even at the cost of ignoring employee concerns and practical realities (commute challenges, work-life balance, and on-ground constraints) - Leaders taking stand for employees and work from home policy are fired

Pros

You will realise how good your last company and manager was. If you have bad marriage/family, join opengov. You will not have to make vague excuses at home to avoid your family and it will be appreciated by leadership.

Cons

• Workoholic culture, weekend working normalized, taking leaves are considered as unproductive. • Weak Pune leadership that never stands up for employees or effectively represents local concerns. Just forcing policies to save their own job. • Favouritism in wfh policy, selected employees are still wfh while others are pressurised. Bootlicking and buttering wins. • Fake anonymous surveys, with no interest to implement outcome. • Unfair promotions, What gets one person promoted under one manager may not be enough under another, creating frustration and a sense of unfairness.

Pros

Good colleagues, everybody tries its best to create a positive environment. The company is trying hard to fix and avoid tech debt. Vision is clear and the goals for next 1-2 years too. Managers do a great job in taking care of employees

Cons

No cons for now. Everything is going fine
