Pros

I've never met a more dedicated group of people. The team is 100% customer focused, Support, Training, Product, Sales, Engineering, QA and Management. The Cable Traffic and billing industry has unique needs and the current staff has extensive experience. Our customers respect us.

Cons

The Cable industry is changing and consolidating, thus the marketplace shrinking. The Comcast and Time Warner Cable consolidation will make like difficult for OpenTV
