Pros

Compensation and Perks are good. They have generous 401k plan and a hand full of personal days. Most of the people are good except for few managers. The work is pretty relaxed.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Most of the times the middle manager would not let you know and would like to have you as your personal assistant.

Pros

The boss was fair and reasonable. Hourly pay was reasonable for the work expectation. Some of the regular dev employees had much higher time demands than I, so in that sense I was happy to be a contractor.

Cons

The projects I saw were not in the WOW factor grouping, like you really want to work on that project. There is some favoritism in this place around shared foreign nationalities in my view. I have seen it in other companies as well.
