-cab facility -Package will be good if u bargain well.

Cons

- Company full of politics... they will change the manager just before appraisals.. U will end up in least rating or least hike by referring to earlier manager. - Most of the recruitment happens through buying companies... you can expect layoffs at same time... this year removed 5% employees. - 80% of the products are in to maintenance... No new technologies to learn. - once your in, hikes are peanuts.
