This organization follows the best Work-Life Balance. Cab facility is there for all employees free of cost. Timings from 8.30 Am till 5.30 Pm. Have rarely seen employees coming on weekends. Facilities are good. Hikes are just OK. Less work pressure. Follows Agile - Scrum. Good package at the time of joining. Leave system is very good. Managers won't stop you going on vacation and company encourages time-off. Paternal leaves and bereavement leaves are there. Other benefits are as per industry standards.

Cons

Not great increments and promotions take long time. Zero on-sites / travels in Engineering dept. In Services dept, very short on-sites. selction criteria - Interview rounds are more, but they finish it in a day.

Nice place to learn many technologies in the beginning of career. Cool work environment. Pick and drop facility. No work pressure. Balanced life.

Cons

No career growth once you go up. Not much challenging work ( atleast in my project). No way to learn new technologies. No process in the company. No benefits apart from cab facility
