Pros

Some of the people in place still have a life to live so they work as professionals in a less than ideal situation.

Cons

This company is morally and ethically dead. The life has been sucked out of the employees by terrible policies and practices. Employees who get good reviews are not given salary increases - where is the motivation to do anything other than the minimal amount of work or help other depts when you get 0 recognition. New hires, especially sales, are only hired because they have a heart beat. Good sales staff have left in mass for multiple reasons. Other depts are being downsized and replaced overseas. Required office attendance means you get treated like you are in elementary school. The list goes on and on.

Pros

For the most part everything stayed the same. Nice new coffee makers

Cons

A number of tertiary employees were laid off like IT. Since there's central IT, somewhere. It takes days, weeks to get anything resolved, everything has a workflow and it all takes approvals and time. Required to be in the office but will not cover transportation costs which is an effective pay cut. No freedoms, or flexibility to learn/grow. Everything must be tangible, you can only use your education funds for certificates or courses.
