Pros

Good products portfolio, benefits and learning. Nothing more that I could say as pro.

Cons

No career plan, no salary raise, no courses or improvements of its own products for employees, staff not united. Fear culture, disrespect from director, no ethic. Stay away from OT Brazil.

Pros

I enjoyed working with some very talented people on some challenging projects over the years. My overall experience at OpenText was positive, yet I would still caution people considering work at this company.

Cons

Company is driving growth through acquisition and cost reductions. Companies are acquired, stripped bare, expenses reduced and semi integrated into OpenText. This can make for an unsettling work environment for employees at all levels. Senior Management are consistently dishonest with customers and employees and this dishonesty permeates the corporate culture.
