      Pros

      Fast growing company, with multiple opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      No roadmap for internal infrastructure or technology advances. There is a constant revolving door in upper management. Each new executive brings in a new 'regime' with new programs and provides minimal change management when rolling out new processes.

      Strong EIM Vision Some great talented people who know the technology well Good work life balance with a mobile working culture Interesting work

      Cons

      CEO is a lose cannon changing strategy and staff every 5 minutes. Randomly aquired overlapping legacy products kept going for the maintenance. Impossible to integrate despite the grand vision. Serious competition doing it better for cheaper now eroding market share in most segments.

      No clear direction except to increase share price; far too large a portfolio; too many internal competitive products; not enough development spent on existing products; marketing gets far ahead of product capabilities
