Pros

Company is committed to being a leader in its field. Large, global organization with varied employee demographic.

Cons

Focus outside of the core product offering is often scant and can lead to underfunding, quickly relegating products and business units to legacy status. Business units can be very aggressive with one another and internal competition can bring out the worst.

A clicky, unsatisfactory job environment

Pros

benefits, salary, a lot of social events

Cons

a very clicky, non-functioning environment where people play tricks on senior management and laugh about it out loud too. Not only is it as unprofessional as they come, but its extremely clicky to all newcomers - almost as if you have to prove that you are as stupid as they are!

Pros

In UK: Employee chrun rate is low. Many employees on 5/10+ years. Relaxed, small company culture. Empowered individuals, Entreprenuerial atmosphere. Supportive of individuals. Never stands still, always changing....!

Cons

Never stands still, always changing...! American (corporate) colleagues adrift from feeling in UK. Ruthless at acquistion time. Failure to make any cost of living pay rises for last 5 years.
