Pros

From the beginning to the end (of four years), it was great to be allowed freedom to spread my wings and succeed on my own terms.

Cons

As a remote employee, I found it challenging to disengage from the high-pressure firehose of information and projects coming my way. But that was my own fault, for not maintaining balance.
