      Pros

      OpenText is a dynamic growing company with big potential and will have to improve their systems in order to take the next step.

      Cons

      OpenText does not have senior leadership with an understanding of fully integrated ERP systems and the environment required to support the immense growth of the company. As such I cannot recommend for any SAP professional to work there.

      Pros

      For those looking to own your own success, this is a great place to work. Hard work (very hard work) does pay off as does committment and loyalty to the company. Work Life balance in there but it is truley that, a balance. You get a lot but you are also expected to give a lot.

      Cons

      contant change in all areas of the business, not such a great fit if change is not your thing.
