Pros

Good pay, benefits. Bright and cooperative co-workers, dedicated 'lower' management. Everyone tries hard but the best people seem to leave relatively quickly.

Cons

Disorganized, extremely poor training for VPS, dishonest with clients. Their software is an absolute nightmare to work with, especially with the minimal training you get.

Pros

the potential to make money is always there, provided you don't get caught up with the fact that the company is losing money and market share so fast, you wonder why you are still there.

Cons

there is far too much politics involved to comfortably do your job. You have to pick and choose a group of people to side with, and hope they stick with you throughout your job, otherwise, it gets very dirty.
