Pros

Very good benefits and competitive compensation. Teams I worked in were very stable as the team members were long-time employees.

Cons

Some of the technologies used for development were somewhat outdated, which is understandable considering some of the company technologies being promoted (fax anyone?).

Pros

The company is really striving to be a leader in the enterprise information management space. They're working to compete with and be on the level of larger companies such as Microsoft and IBM.

Cons

Made up of too any companies through acquisition. It doesn't feel like one company. Most of the companies they have acquired, and there have been over 100 since its inception in 1992, still refer to themselves by their former company names. It takes a while to shed the legacy. Raises a very low to non-existent. Big complaint from most employees.
