      Pros

      It's a good company to work for. The management looks out for the employees and provide the required support.

      Cons

      The culture is too process oriented and that's what makes things a bit boring.

      They have not changed the legacy remote work policy - probably because management knows the remaining development team will quit if they do.

      Cons

      Below market wages for the area (Pasadena) No healthcare choice No stock participation No bonuses or incentives outside whatever crumbs fall from the executive table Forced Vacation to prevent accrual No career advancement No direction or vision for the products they've acquired Ineffective leadership

      Pros

      Very successful and growing company. Multiple acquisitions each year provides plenty of opportunities to learn many different types of software.

      Cons

      Drive for very high margin leaves some parts of the business under-staffed. This in turn increases levels of stress on staff.
