      A good stepping stone, but get out when the opportunity presents itself.

      Pros

      The people and atmosphere are relaxed. Decent pay and benefits for people entering the IT field.

      Cons

      Unorganized and mismanaged to the point of embarrassment. Sparse integrations between their own products. Cash is king, so if youre a customer that wants something fixed you better be shelling out big bucks. Every 6 months there is a budget freeze because of an aquisition. Even when the budget isn't frozen good luck trying to squeeze a dime out of upper management.
