Pros

Strong history, strong name. Have a good PR/corporate marketing team and are good at playing the analyst game. When upper management decides that something is a priority they are good at moving quickly and shooting from the hip in that particular thing.

Cons

Most decisions are made two levels above where they should be. (e.g. Very top heavy strategy/decision making culture) Now 3 years without no compensation increases (not even standard of living) which ends up being significant because of recent inflation,

Pros

no redeeming qualities at all.

Cons

Think if everything an employer could to to make employees miserable and this place does it. Poor leadership, check. Absolutely terrible benefits, check. Lower than average pay, check. Laughingly small pay raises, check. Lack of room for growth, check. Also add in that OT acts more like a private equity company instead of a technology company and you get one gigantic disaster for your career. OT is well known as the place "where technology and career's go to die". I've seen it first hand and the only way my career will survive is to leave.

Pros

The outside has not idea how messed up this place is.

Cons

Micro managed by an uninformed ego driven CEO who makes malformed decisions with nearly zero ability to realize his own ignorance or to trust anyone around or below him. Independent voices are not tolerated so there is a sense of fear and keep things to yourself mentality. So everyone is afraid to voice their opinion making communication a total disaster. Its jaw dropping...how this continues is a mystery to all. The positive reviews here are without a doubt made up to balance out the real reviews.
