Frankenstein Has No Partners

Pros

Good work life balance. Good / nice co-workers

Cons

Lots of acquisitions that are bolt on (Frankenstein) to the other products weather they make sense (synergy?) or not. This is a maintenance revenue driven company. They care more about their maintenance stream they then do about innovations. Without acquisitions, they would not be showing growth. The CEO is a micro manager that does not believe in leveraging partners.

Pros

Some good employees still left

Cons

Bad, bad, bad management practices. VP's do little other than curse and yell, they do not understand the business or processes at all.

Pros

Remote work and a steady paycheck -- if it lasts!

Cons

Everything else: benefits, career growth, training etc.
