They have a good vision/partnership for ECM Software.

Cons

Is full of politics wars inside. High rotation of personnel and hidden agendas on the Directors/C-Levels. All the smart guys leave pretty quick

The individual contributors and level 1 management are quite good

Cons

No growth strategy other than buy more companies and milk them so revenues are higher All processes are way more complex than necessary Mid to senior management knows not to question anything or make any waves or you are out. It is all about checking the boxes that you are. Wing asked to check whether it makes sense to do so or not. No innovation whatsoever
