Pros

Good team mates, pretty good health care

Cons

As of May 2024, the cost of living in the United States has increased 21.75% since January 2020. We received ZERO Cost of Living increase over this time period. Think about what that means to your buying power!

Pros

None to think of. Maybe i can say wfh

Cons

Everything else. Bad work culture. Micro management. No bonus and no incentives. Layoffs, moving the jobs to India etc. Companies acquired thru MF are suffering a lot and OpenText legacy acquisitions are also suffering due to this deal

Pros

Direct team members were great to work with, that’s about it.

Cons

-Leadership (especially VP level and above) don’t care about you. They care about the money you put in their pocket. -Next to no one hits quota here, most are not even close. Quotas were outrageous and when they adjusted them, it was a drop in the bucket. -Politics seems to take precedence over business. The CEO loves to virtue signal and regularly waste the entire companies time talking about his woke agenda all while he’s taking in millions each year and joking about inflation. -They don’t pay their high performers/loyal employees to stay. I found out they increased pay for my previous position by nearly $50K/year with outside hires.
