Pros

I'm left alone to do my job because immediate management is cool

Cons

CEO forces employees to listen to speakers that share his beliefs. Reverse racism, and one sided political and social views creates a pretty toxic work environment. The truth is none of this has any business being in the workplace and the board should know better and fire him. If you see people doing the least to collect their paychecks, I suspect this has something to do with it.

Pros

Fair work-life balance - however, the company is insisting that employees return to the office 2-3 days a week

Cons

Very weak leadership does not pay attention to any of the employee concerns regarding morale, limited professional growth, compensation, and overall quality of work.
