Example: They will pay for abortions and gender re-assignment treatments, up to the point of providing $4k in per diem to travel out-of-state if the employee's state has laws against it. And claim to even be able to cover it as an "in-network expense". -They plan to be MAJORITY diverse with a 50/50 gender parity. Sorry if you are a white male... career progression doesn't look too promising. Equity means "fair and impartial". Does the above seem impartial? I guess this is the same equity as only considering appointing a black female to be a Supreme Court Justice.
