Pros

I honestly can't think of a single one. This has been the worst place to work, and I can't wait to find a new job! Good news is, they're hiring! I bet you can't wait to sign up! One more opening will be available soon.

Cons

People are getting fired all over the place. Organic growth is non-existant. The products don't work. Support increases and acquisition are the only ways the company is increasing profits. I pity the Wall Street investors who can't see that this business is a house of cards that is about to topple.

Pros

I met a few nice colleagues.

Cons

All decisions and approvals (for anything) are made by one person, the CEO. It is a high-fear, low-trust micro management culture. The arrogance of many long term OT leaders is simply off the charts, including the top guy. You will never retire from this company so start looking for your next job on your first day. You are already on they layoff list, the timing just hasn't been finalized. 😁 If OT products were that stellar the stock price would reflect it..(look at the 10 year stock chart). Toxic workplace is an understatement. Lastly, they respond to all feedback posted here to try to "spin" perception. Please don't fall for it.

Pros

You get a paycheck when employed

Cons

Legacy software and supporting products that have little to no development teams. Every quarter they cut resources and teams with layoffs until there is a skeleton team to support what’s left. No room for growth or learning new products as they continue to buy out dated and struggling software company’s
