Pros

Pays well for the most part. Benefits are average. Bonuses Company grows fast because they acquire other small companies and then adapt their technology and products into their own. Causing a lot of opportunity to learn and grow, but also fear and insecurity at times, not sure what to do with products no one knows.

Cons

401k match super low, Only way to get a raise is to move up the ladder and earn another title.
