Management egos from executive level to director. Instead of establishing a good structure they will try already failed projects again without changes. 90% of management has failed up. Stick around and with no experience you can lead and create a terrible team atmosphere without consequence. Accountability is nowhere to be found. CEO is also the CTO, lack of understanding of decentralized command. Would rather focus on virtue signaling woke agendas than focus on failing business units. They will give you a promotion and pay raise but you will have 3+ months of new responsibility before the salary is given.
