Pros

Exciting work and ability to really make an impact, as the culture is very much about finding new and improved ways to do things.

Cons

Not for someone who wants a ‘job’. It’s challenging work, best suited to individuals who think of themselves as lifelong learners who want to constantly challenge themselves.

Pros

The culture: we are striving to build and continue with a culture that is inclusive and is one where you can feel a sense of belonging You feel heard, seen and that you are making a difference with the work you are putting in. Benefits: our benefits packages improve each year, ensuring we have something for everyone - I have my household on my Cigna plan, and its not breaking the bank.

Cons

I see this as a pro, there are still processes to be built out, as there is in many organizations, especially start-ups/scale ups, and its great to be a part of it!
