Pros

Opportunity for fully remote work (for CX department) Pay is decent Generous equity grant Relaxed atmosphere Great tech, company has large potential to grow exponentially and go public within 5 years.

Cons

Minimal benefit choices for healthcare. Coverage less than adequate (especially dental) Communication about changes between senior management and mid level leads could be better. Some well-liked benefits (daily Grubhub voucher, etc) were cut to streamline finances, yet finances of the company are strong. I understand pivoting towards a more conservative spending style to allow the company to grow the right way, but these seemingly insignificant benefits add up to mean a lot an average employee.
