Thanks for the comments, will look to improve as always. It is a daily effort to on-board our governance and it always been the culture I wanted to have, and part of our value. I intend to do more efforts to leverage our governance team to be part of the strategic orientation of our 3 business units. If you want to be heard, if you want to become a manager, you need to lead and take on the challenge to express yourself. If you deeply believe in your opinion, go ahead, express them, come talk to me if it does not go through. I am not an operator, so I need leaders to run the business.. not followers and people without opinion.
