Pros

Coworkers are motivated, hard working and creative, really positive work environment. Lots of changes in the past few years have resulted in a core group of solid teams that are working more collaboratively than ever before. Leadership is more in control which gives us a clear direction and path to success. Technological advances are being implemented quickly and helping advance our capabilities and productivity immensely.

Cons

Some antiquated procedures slow things down but those are being phased out. In a period of growth so everyone has a full plate, but manageable. Need to add staff for certain teams.

Supportive work-life balance, flexible hours, remote work options, and respect for personal time. Positive company culture, collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Challenging and meaningful work, projects that are both impactful and intellectually stimulating.

Cons

At this time, I genuinely haven't experienced any significant cons. The company consistently addresses employee feedback, adapts quickly, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Of course, no workplace is perfect, but leadership here is proactive and transparent, which helps resolve any concerns before they become issues. It's been a very positive experience overall
