Leadership is toxic and self-serving – supervisors, delivery managers, and software directors act purely out of insecurity and personal agendas Performance doesn't matter – if you're talented or speak up, you're seen as a threat No accountability at the top – even serious concerns go ignored by senior leadership, including the CEO Fake purpose-driven culture – the company talks about sustainability and building a better future, while internally damaging careers and suppressing talent Final Advice: If you believe in merit, transparency, and meaningful work — stay far away from this company. It rewards politics, not performance. Example: A once-promising product like VerifyBrand has been completely derailed — not by market failure, but by poor decisions, ego-driven leadership, and internal sabotage from the very people who were supposed to lead it.
