Pros
- Talented, fun coworkers who don't hesitate to help you and share expertise - Opportunities to travel to other sites (Goa, Limerick) - Human, understanding management (at least in my department) - Interesting, challenging work - Great values. Environmental impact, employees' physical and mental health is important, tries to have a positive social impact in the community. Initiatives for community / environmental projects are welcome.
Cons
- The type of industry it operates in makes full flexibility in working hours difficult. Still, there is *some* flexibility, and possibilities for remote work. - Wages not competitive long term - though that seems to be generalized in the software developer market - Different projects are often started too fast, by different people and end up overlapping and disrupting teams that had just started working well as a unit. That is probably a consequence of missing management links due the growth spurt the company has had in the last few years.
