Ive been at Optima for over a year now and I have to say that its the best corporate experience I have ever had. Great benefits, hard working employees, and engaged owners. The company is growing bigger each quarter and the software product is top notch.

Optima Healthcare Solution is a fast growing company with room for career growth. Since the healthcare industry is relatively resistance to economic fluctuations Optima provides a stable and dependable employment that you can count on. They have won numerous awards as Martin Counties "Best Places to Work", and truly work very hard at making it a great place to work. This translates from the owners through the supervisors and all the way down to the representative taking the call. I have enjoyed several years working for Optima, and while the job does demand hard work, that hard work is richly rewarded with lunches provided on Fridays and a break room fully stocked with drinks and snacks. There are always fun activities going on like miniature golf or ping-pong competitions and more health conscious competitions like "The Biggest Loser" to foster healthy employees. The management team works hard to help each employee grow with the company and does a lot of hiring from within. They also have a family oriented policy and flexible work schedule. I have never had a scheduling problem that they were not willing address and come up with some type of solution. In addition, the work is very rewarding. We have the opportunity to work with some of the industries greatest rehab therapists that have a passion to provide the best possible care to their patients. The software we support allows the therapist to spend more time with the patient and less time entering documentation and billing. And when they do need help documenting what they provided the patient I have a chance participate in providing that service to the patient. That is the truly rewarding thing about working at Optima. To know that not only did I help the therapist on the other end of the phone, but also indirectly help the patient receive quality care.
