Pros

Free health coverage, great pay, and free food on Friday. Fellow employees are very down to earth and welcoming. The physical work environment is laid back and comfortable. Employees can take their knowledge and earn better pay working for the clients. The owners are very down to earth and welcoming.

Cons

Poor methods and little training structure. Management makes work tense and uncoordinated at times. Even the smallest mistakes are treated as catastrophic events. Many new hires are unqualified and shown the door before they reach 90 days. Talent leaves in search of better pay, advancement options, and better treatment.

Pros

They provide you with lunch one day of the week and have a very adequate insurance plan.

Cons

No Training make for upset customers. The company presents a facade of a great place to work when in reality management is very threatening and makes a very stressful environment while having unrealistic expectations. Mandatory overtime.

Pros

Treat their employees better than any company I've ever worked at before. Above-average salary, 100% company-paid insurance for the employee, free lunch on Fridays (and sometimes other days), many company-paid extracurricular outings and events, great upper management and employee team. We feel like a family, even though the company now has 100 employees, and you rarely hear negativity from anyone about their job. Good and very successful product, due to the fact that they really care about customer satisfaction and about their employees' satisfaction. Well-structured - you know what is expected of you and only the best survive the first 90 days.

Cons

Mistakes, even very minor ones that don't impact customers, are not tolerated, and new hires are often shown the door within 60 days. While it makes sense to only want the very best, sometimes the firing is a little too hasty, IMHO. Training is a little haphazard, and different for different employees (there is no standardized method).
