Pros

- Good pay - Free health/dental/vision (yes, free) - Free lunch on Fridays

Cons

A very fast, unstructured method of training leaves new hires constantly stressing and needing additional help, often in under-the-gun situations that leaves customers irritated.

Rewards great employees/effort Gets rid of bad employees Strong compensation Committed to great/innovative software Encourages volunteerism Flexible work schedules when personal business needs to be attended to

Cons

Flat structure minimizes management positions available. However, it is also nice as an employee to not have layers of management to work through to get anything done. There are times when the senior management is not as accessible as I might like, but it is because they are working hard in the business which is very successful.
