This is a great company to work for. I am happy and enjoy coming in to work everyday. There is so much room for advancement the staff and management is great I am so thankful for the opportunity I've been here for less than a year and I've already been promoted. This company cares about their employees cares about their clients its great THANK YOU OPTIMA TAX RELIEF!!!

- Great training platform/tools to succeed - Helpful management - Compensation is competitive with base plus commission - I'm excited and look forward to go to work every day

Cons

- Honestly haven't been able to think of any other than my commute, but that's on me as I live far from the office.
