Management is a joke an inexperienced. Pay scale is not competitive. Attorneys have no consequences for procrastinating. Manager said it wasn't her job to tell people how to spend there time at work.

I love the opportunity to help people in need. The people we work with and the ability to interact with the our management team. Just being able to converse or interact with our CEO and upper level management. Love the the fact the company is open to feed back from current employees on how to improve.

Cons

At this point not any cons other than the fact that we were alone at time or it seemed like it while in training. It was simply because our trainer was sick a couple of days. Regardless we were given the tools to succeed and help was there when needed.
