Everything. The culture is second to none compared to anywhere I've worked before. I came into this job with next to no understanding or knowledge of tax resolution or taxes in general. The training team and management do an amazing job of getting you up to speed quickly, so that you can hit the ground running and be successful right off the bat. For me, I was looking for a reputable firm that I could plant roots into and find a permanent place to start a new career. I am beyond pleased to say that I have found it. I can still make a great income, enjoy coming to work every day, and not miss out on quality time with my family. If you've had any "sales" job in orange county you know that's a rarity.
