People were promoted who were liked by management, a lot of favoritism, people were also promoted who knew the management for many years and if you were there from the beginning when they opened up as OTR they were placed into management positions. One team lead in particular was rude to everyone and she had so many complaints on how she treated people nothing was done from HR about her because she was a FAVORITE and she was able to get away with it because she was liked by one manager in particular.
