      Optima gives employees the opportunity to grow within the company. This company will give you the tools and for career advancement and will help you achieve your goals. With this company sky is the limit!!!

      Cons

      I do not see any downsides working with this company, they are extremely flexible and offer great perk/benefits and they truly care about the employee.

      Friendly people (Mostly) Dry cleaning service

      Cons

      They make you do really hard cases when you're just a beginner. It takes time to get used to this and if you don't get it in time, then they let you go. Low pay. Only $15/hour.

      One of the best reasons to work at Optima is my Team Lead, Matthew Larsen. He is always available to help it does not matter if he is leaving at 4pm and you ask for help at 3:59:59 pm he has always bee able to help me with questions, or any other assigned work I may have. Matthew is the very understanding when it comes to pretty much anything, I have never been in a situation where I can not go to Matt. He is always smiling and greeting people, when he walks by in the morning with his cup of coffee in hand, never hesitates to stop give us any updates that might affect all of us in the Jr. Case Manager section. I am very happy he is my Team Lead, here working at Optima Tax Relief. Thank you Matt :)
