Cons

Since working at optima, I have not found any cons. With a good work ethic, Optima offers great opportunity for growth.

Working at Optima I feel that I am part of a company that values their workers. Each day I come to work I am reminded that I'm part of something larger than me. I simply make a difference. Just 4 years ago I came to Optima with a very limited skill set. I was able to adapt quickly to changes and found myself promoted and now leading a team. I've had great management leaders throughout my tenure here at Optima. They each taught me how to become the leader I am now. I am glad to call Optima my home.

Cons

With the company's upward trajectory, there are a few challenges abroad. These challenges are to be expected. When these challenges bear their ugly heads, Optima addresses them head on.
