Sandwich shop across the street is good.

Cons

Feeling slimy lying to customers that we can reduce their debt when all we do is set them up on a payment plan (takes 5 mins to do on the IRS website).

Management is a joke an inexperienced. Pay scale is not competitive. Attorneys have no consequences for procrastinating. Manager said it wasn't her job to tell people how to spend there time at work.

This is by far the BEST Company I have ever worked for! The culture is amazing. Everyone from the top down cares about each other. I'm in Sales and everyone is making money. The reputation and marketing make it very easy to earn a six figure income. I would say the range is between $85,000-$185,000 per year. The biggest difference for me is there is no bubble that's going to pop like other industries and interest rates won't ruin your pipeline. We also don't have any competition in this space!
