      Pros

      Flexibility and ability to take in quite a bit of overtime. Pay is weak, but the overtime racks up.

      Cons

      Poor management, yet struggles to keep staff. If you are a good worker, you should be fine; unfortunately, a lot of staff hired here have terrible work ethics and cry wolf rather than take accountability.

      Honestly there are none. They do not value their employees, no matter what level youre at. They will demoted you and give your position to someone else if they like that person better. Its all about status here.

      Cons

      If you are not a part of the in crowd then you are a nobody. Management picks favorites, and treats everyone else like garbage. You are expected to work yourself to the bone, with very little pay. Management looks the other way when concerns are brought to their attention.
