The clients and some of the staff who actually care and do their job.
Cons
Everything about this company is bad. The pay is low and there are little to no raises given, regardless of how long you work with company. Management is poor, no disciplinary actions for employees who repeatedly deserve such. Clients are treated poorly and its easier to get rid of a client than the staff who won’t do their job. Understaffed, can’t imagine why, and so other staff are required to make up for this, especially supervisors, which leaves no work-life balance. The company does not care about the employees or the clients. Some staff, some in supervisory roles, think it’s okay to take client’s money, drink or sell/do drugs at sites, or lie about client’s behavior or things they do.
